What Inspires Me
Drawing from decades of professional and family experience as an attorney, sales executive, and married father of seven, (and now grandfather of eight and climbing), I like to write character-driven fiction centered on grace, community, humor, and spiritual transformation in ordinary life. Sometimes it's devotional, sometimes a parable, sometimes a mob novel based on a family member.
Inspiration comes in many forms: Prayer, Play, Personal Relationships. Coming from a large family, with an even larger extended family, there are pleny of stories to tell. Or when I spend time with such amazing characters as Thomas a'Kempis, or Msgr. Hugh Benson, it seems easy. Until I start writing.
